1. Custom & Pre-Designed Woodcraft Products:

   • Orders for custom-designed products (e.g., engraving or cutting) must be accurate and finalized before processing.

   • Doctorkayu reserves the right to decline any design request deemed inappropriate or offensive.

2. Product Availability:

   • Availability is subject to stock and material supply. We reserve the right to update or discontinue products without prior notice.

4. Ordering & Payment

1. Order Placement:

   • Orders must be placed through our website, authorized dealers, or by contacting us directly.

   • Full payment is required at checkout unless otherwise agreed.

2. Pricing & Taxes:

   • All prices are listed in MYR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Payment Methods:

   • Accepted methods include online banking, credit/debit cards & QR code.

4. Order Changes or Cancellations:

   • Changes or cancellations can only be made within 48 hours after placing the order. Custom orders may not be canceled once production has started.

5. Shipping & Delivery

6. Returns & Refunds

1. Eligibility:

   • Returns are accepted for defective or incorrect items within 7 days of receipt. Custom-made items are non-refundable unless defective.

2. Refund Process:

   • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, designs, and trademarks, is owned by LS Network Sdn Bhd. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
