1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within Malaysia. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly at sales@doctorkayu.my or 601241004699.

2. Order Processing Time

• Standard pre-design on store orders: Processed within 1-3 business days.

• Bulk, Custom or personalized orders: Processing time may take up to 4-10 business days, depending on the complexity of the design.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days.

• Express Delivery: 1-3 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.

5. Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message with tracking details. Use this information to monitor your shipment status.

6. Delivery Issues

1. Incorrect Address:

   • Ensure your shipping address is accurate. Doctorkayu is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

   • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.

2. Failed Delivery Attempts:

   • If the courier fails to deliver your package after multiple attempts, the item will be returned to us. Reshipping charges may apply.

3. Lost or Damaged Items:

   • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damage and your order details for prompt resolution.

7. International Shipping (If Applicable)

International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis. Additional customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.
