1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• The product is defective or damaged upon receipt.

• The product received differs from your order.

Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless they are defective or do not match the approved design.

2. Refund Request Timeline

You must request a refund within 7 business days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Process

1. Request Submission:

   • Provide your order details, proof of purchase, and photos or videos of the defect or issue.

2. Approval:

   • Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 business days.

3. Return:

   • If approved, you may be required to return the item to us. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories. Return shipping costs will be reimbursed for defective or incorrect items.

4. Refund Issuance:

   • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item and will be credited back to your original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

• Custom-designed or engraved products (unless defective).

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

• Products returned without prior approval.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe:

• Check your bank or payment provider.
