1. Cancellations Within 7 Days of Purchase

   • Orders canceled within 7 days of purchase will receive a full refund, provided production has not started.

2. Cancellations Within 3 Days of Purchase

   • Orders canceled within 3 days of purchase (after the 7-day window) will incur a 30% cancellation fee to cover design and material preparation costs.

3. Cancellations Within 24 Hours of Production Start

   • Orders canceled within 24 hours of production start are non-refundable, as materials and labor have already been allocated.

4. Orders in Production

   • Once an order has entered production, cancellations are not permitted, and the full payment is non-refundable.

Refund Process

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method, minus any applicable cancellation fees.
